About Nicki Lynn Sclama
Nicki Lynn Sclama is an advocate for the human-animal connection, particularly the profound living biofeedback response from interacting with horses, that reveals to us a greater depth of understanding ourselves. She is the creator of Alchemy of a Spirit Wrangler, LLC whose mission is governed by cultivating Spiritual, Physical and Energetic Transformational Medicine through [equine guided] Explorations in Self-Discovery, Leadership and Wellness.
Nicki is a Master Somatic Leadership Coach, Educator, Facilitator, Master Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Certified in Horse & Yoga Integration. As a thought leader in combining cross-disciplinary philosophies in Intuitive Leadership, Holistic Somatics and Nature Based Wisdom she believes these explorations and combinations can create new paradigms in the threads of life that elevate the value of our lived experiences and the connective relationships with our Self, Others and the World. Her vision is a worldwide network of modern day Alchemists, aka Spirit Wranglers, ushering in a new way of being, changing the world, one “relationship” at a time, each affecting the other – including the natural world and mother earth – for the greater good of all living entities.
Nicki’s heart-centered, intuitive and grounded approach centers on her clients ability to alchemize their lives to its fullest and highest potential. Nicki’s unique philosophy of creating Spirit Wranglers was born from her experiences as a longtime student of the human condition, a seeker and a seer, a lifelong equestrian, an Instructor at the University of Guelph/Equine Guelph for over a decade, advanced studies in Yoga Philosophy, Reiki, Equine Guided Education and Somatic Leadership and many years working the last decade in the healing arts and Horse as Healer Industry.
During her 20s and 30s she spent extensive time working in Technology, Business/Organizational/Financial Management and Academia helping small to medium sized businesses set and achieve their goals. These days she works on empowering woman towards clarity in leading their best lives and woman entrepreneurs on accelerating their business growth.

She loves farming/ranching, spending time in nature, 8Limbs Yoga, fancy grocery stores, farmers markets, the mountains, the ocean and sunrises / sunsets! When she is not coaching or working with her horses she is spending time and adventuring with her family. Nicki lives during the school year in Exeter, NH and summers in Conway, New Hampshire with her husband David, their son Rocco, their dogs Duke, Daisy & Moses, her Canadien mare Lumina and her Gypsy mare Laura.
