Gluten Free Apple & Turkey Savory Bread Pudding
The easiest and tastiest breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack! Good protein!
1 Against the Grain French Baguette (chopped)
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Apple (cubed)
4 oz cooked Ground Turkey
4 oz Sliced Mozzarella (cubed)
4 EggsOptional: Brown Sugar & Salt
Place chopped bread and cubed apple in a bowl. Heat milk until simmer and pour over bread/apple. Add ground turkey and mozzarella. Once bread is soaked mix in eggs and pour into bread pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with (optional) brown sugar and salt.
